How Much Should You Charge For Coaching?
The Answer is, Charge ANYTHING.
There’s a caveat to all of this, a great place to start is just $100 an hour. It’s really simple. It’s really clean, but here’s the thing, If you charge by the hour, what is going to end up happening is that you will get clients that only sign up and cancel more often.
That means if someone signs up with you for months at a time, and you offer them a full, complete package of your coaching service. That includes advice, teaching and training and includes a lot of other things it helps your CLIENTS more and it helps YOU more because you can be paid $5,000 to $10,000 or more.
If you do this right. If you have several pieces in place, here’s, what’s great, is if you do this right, if you set this up, well, you can actually serve your clients and help them get bigger results. So you win because you’re well paid, but equally as important, it’s very, very important that you serve and you actually give value at least the amount of money that you’re being paid.
I like to teach, and I like to propose that you, if you’re going to charge, let’s say 5,000, you actually provide value of $50,000. You’re helping someone solve a $50,000 problem or provide something that’s worth $50,000 or more.
So if you provide 10 X results, meaning you provide value. That’s 10 times what you charge for your package. You’re going to blow your clients’ minds. They’re going to love you for it. They’re going to talk about you. They’re going to rave about you. They’re going to tell other friends, their family, how amazing you are, and that turns into free marketing free leads, free referrals for life.
That’s just where you start. You should design a high value and a high priced package that serves your clients. That’s good for you. And that’s good for them.
